Many of us have struggled with self-loathing, self-hating, self-animosity, feeling worthless, feeling ugly, feeling old.
We listen too much to the voices that tell us that we are fat or ugly and not enough to the voices inside that tell us of our beauty and our destiny. Often these challenges present themselves around menopause, puberty, childbirth, weight gain, relationship changes, life changes, and frankly…who doesn’t experience low self-esteem from time to time?
This course lays out the steps to rebuilding your relationship with your body and overcoming the struggles of the mind. Each week, we address the next step that builds upon the last week’s work. With kriya, meditation, chanting, pranayam, and special “self-love” homework, we follow practical and concrete strategies to transform how we see ourselves, how we talk to ourselves, and how we spend our lives. There are also special videos about eating disorders, self-sabotage, your relationship to food, how to start the day with love, and special ways to include relaxation into your life that help to soften resistance.
These are the tools that I used to climb out of 25 years of eating disorders and self-loathing. I continue to use them to fall deeper and deeper into love with my body everyday. The ability to have an open, loving dialogue with my body has been one of the greatest sources of peace in my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you. I put as much love as I could into this course so you would feel it, and as much information as I could into it so that you could use it to transform your relationship to your body temple into one of radical self-acceptance.
